Having relocated to George on the beautiful garden route in the Southern Cape, we are busy exploring the incredible options in places along the Garden Route and inland in the Little Karoo. We plan to explore further afield in due course. The Southern Cape area is particularly noted for its wide variety of plant species, many of them endemic, from the Fynbos along the coast to the succulents in the Karoo. The area is part of the Cape Floral Kingdom which is the smallest floral kingdom in the world. Despite it's small size it has an amazing number of endemic plant species
